Conditions générales de vente

The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

Gift voucher : means a document containing the restaurant’s offer, the amount, the name of the purchaser and the recipient, and the validity period, allowing the holder to benefit from a service at the L’Observatoire bar.
Reference code : a unique identifier associated with the gift voucher, to be provided when making a reservation at the restaurant.
Beneficiary (for the attention of) : the person who benefits from the gift voucher offer, as indicated on the voucher.
Customer : a person who purchases a gift voucher, an event offer, or a physical product, for their own use or for a third party (beneficiary).
Bar : the establishment L’Observatoire (Anama Copropriété FR sàrl) – VAT No.: LU33548948, Trade Register: B262204, Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal, Luxembourg.
Event offer : a reservation of a specific offer for events such as Valentine’s Day, National Day, etc.
Products : items available for purchase on our website and to be collected at the restaurant (e.g., bottles of olive oil).

Ordering and validation process

The order of a gift voucher is made directly online through our website.
A summary will be sent by email after the order is confirmed, including the gift voucher in PDF format.
The order will be confirmed after the purchaser’s final acceptance.

Use

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
The voucher must be printed to be presented at the time of booking or upon arrival at the restaurant.
When making a reservation, the gift voucher’s reference code must be provided.
The value of the gift voucher must be used in a single transaction. No refund will be given if the consumption is less than the voucher’s value.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
A full refund is possible if the gift voucher has not been used prior to cancellation.

Liability

Anama Copropriété FR sàrl cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft, or fraudulent use of a gift voucher.

Ordering and validation process

Physical products purchased on our website must be collected directly at our establishment (L’Observatoire, Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal).
No shipping or home delivery is planned.
Products will be available for pickup at the establishment within 48 hours after the order is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided that the products have not been collected.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Booking and confirmation

The booking of an event package is confirmed upon payment.
When making a reservation, specify your request with the number of guests and the arrival time.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event.
To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at the following address boutique@lobservatoire.lu.

In the event of a partial or total cancellation of the service (strikes, viruses, accidents, force majeure), the service provider will refund the client for the full amount of any prepayment made.
No further compensation may be claimed.

The prices of gift vouchers, event packages, and physical products are listed in euros and include Luxembourg VAT.
Payment is accepted exclusively by credit card through our website’s secure payment system.

Personal information collected during the purchase will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and Luxembourg data protection legislation.
